By accessing or using the Osiris AI platform (“Service”), operated by OsirisAI, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. One person or legal entity may maintain multiple organizations, each with separate billing and data isolation.
The Service offers multiple plan tiers: Free, Starter (€99/mo), Team (€299/mo), Business (€599/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing). All paid plans are billed monthly in advance. The Service uses a credit-based billing model where usage is tracked per interaction. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ prior notice. All plans include a 60-day results guarantee.
We implement multi-tenant data isolation: each organization’s data is stored in separate databases, vector collections, and credential stores. Your data is never used to train AI models. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. Data residency options are available for Enterprise customers.
You may not use the Service to: violate any laws or regulations; transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access; impersonate others or provide false information; use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by OsirisAI, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over content you upload or generate through the Service. AI-generated outputs belong to the organization that generated them.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service for Free and Starter plans. Business plans include priority support. Enterprise plans include custom SLA with uptime guarantees. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OsirisAI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request data export before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
